Al Ameen Primary School is looking for a qualified teacher for a position in Lower Key Stage 2\. Al Ameen Primary School is a lovely single form entry Islamic school in Tyseley, Birmingham.
This role requires somebody who has a strong knowledge of the key stage 1/2 curriculum, and is of the Muslim faith.
The role is 5 days per week, with full planning commitments, and is from the start of September in the 2026/27 academic year.
We follow local authority term time dates with additional days off for parts of Ramadhan and Eid.

Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver engaging lessons in Mathematics and English tailored to Year 2 pupils.
- Foster a positive classroom environment through effective behaviour management strategies.
- Assess and monitor pupil progress, providing feedback to enhance learning outcomes.
- Communicate regularly with parents and guardians regarding student development.
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop curriculum and share best practices in early childhood education.
- Maintain a safe and organized classroom conducive to learning.
Pay: From £19,000\.00 per year
