Key Account Sales Manager, Luxury Womenswear Brand

Salary

£25,000 to £75,000 plus substantial uncapped commission on wholesale sales achieved.

Job Summary

We are seeking an ambitious and commercially driven Key Account Sales Manager to join a growing luxury womenswear brand renowned for exceptional quality, craftsmanship, and timeless design.

This role is focused on developing and expanding our wholesale business by building strong relationships with premium fashion boutiques, department stores, luxury retailers, buying groups, and selected international partners.

The successful candidate will play a key role in increasing brand presence, securing new stockists, and driving sustainable sales growth across the UK and international markets.

Key Responsibilities

Identify, approach, and secure new wholesale accounts across the UK and international markets.

Build and maintain strong relationships with independent fashion boutiques, department stores, luxury retailers, and online fashion platforms.

Present seasonal collections to buyers and key decision makers.

Negotiate commercial agreements and successfully close sales opportunities.

Manage and develop existing customer accounts to maximise repeat business and long term partnerships.

Represent the brand at trade shows, buying appointments, showroom presentations, and industry events.

Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer requirements to identify new business opportunities.

Work closely with internal teams to ensure an exceptional customer experience from initial order through to delivery.

Maintain an organised sales pipeline and consistently achieve agreed sales targets.

Requirements

Proven experience in wholesale fashion sales, luxury womenswear, premium apparel, or related sectors.

Strong network of contacts within fashion boutiques, department stores, and luxury retail.

Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

Commercially minded with a proven track record of developing accounts and generating sales growth.

Self motivated, target driven, and capable of working independently.

Willingness to travel throughout the UK and internationally when required.

Passion for luxury fashion, premium products, and exceptional customer service.
