Key Account Manager — Sheet Metal Fabrication

£40,000 \- £50,000 Basic \| Car Allowance \| Uncapped Commission (OTE £60,000\+)

We are a family\-owned sheet metal fabrication business based in Leicester and we are looking to add a Key Account Manager to our ever\-growing team.

Due to continued growth and a strong pipeline of opportunity, the time is right to bring in a Key Account Manager who will take ownership of an established portfolio of clients and drive it forward.

The Role:

• Taking over and nurturing an existing portfolio of clients, ensuring they are well looked after and feel valued


• Growing the portfolio through developing existing relationships and winning new business


• Getting out on the road, visiting clients face to face and building long\-term partnerships


• Generating orders and identifying upsell and cross\-sell opportunities


• Liaising closely with the internal sales team and manufacturing team to ensure smooth delivery and outstanding customer experience


• Being the bridge between the client and the business

The Package:

• £40,000 \- £50,000 basic salary (dependent on experience)


• Company car


• Uncapped commission — OTE £60,000\+


• Hybrid working


• Monday to Thursday 8:00am \- 4:30pm, early finish on Fridays

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience in sales or account management within the sheet metal, fabrication or wider manufacturing/engineering industry


• Someone who understands the industry, speaks the language and can hit the ground running


• A relationship builder who genuinely cares about their clients


• Ambitious, self\-motivated and hungry to grow — not just maintain
