As we continue to expand, we are looking for a Key Account Manager, EMEA \- International Markets, to help shape the future of our brands and markets.

THE ROLE

As Key Account Manager, EMEA you will drive and develop wholesale business including growth plans, in close collaboration with International Key Accounts across our premium brand portfolio in Middle\-East, India and France. You will be responsible for the day to day corporation with a selection of key customers and lead the execution of market plans supporting our brand strategies. By building joint business plans with key accounts, you will strengthen brand visibility and foster long\-term, profitable partnerships, always with a win\-win mindset and a sharp focus on our end\-users and business in general.

WHAT YOU’LL DO AT VITA BRANDS

In this dynamic role, you will lead the expansion and sales agenda in Middle\-East, India and France while driving initiatives to accelerate growth. Your work will help ensure VITA Brands stay at the cutting edge of the lifestyle and design industry by building strong, sustainable partnerships and delivering outstanding results across the EMEA region.

  • Sales Strategy: Develop and execute Intl. sales strategies to achieve business growth in assigned markets.

  • Market development: Seize full potential of our brands. Further develop Middle\-east region with existing and new clients, launch Vita Brands in India 2026/27 and build a strategic plan to reignite selected Vita brands in key southern European markets and cities. Identify, qualify (budgets, targets) and onboard new distributors, agents, and partners in the regions.

  • Account management: Manage existing clients and partners, ensuring strong business relationships and sustainable growth plans for assigned brands and regions.

  • Conduct regular market visits to assess performance, provide support, and gather market intelligence.

  • Revenue Growth: Drive sales to meet and exceed regional targets and profitability goals.

  • Market Analysis: Monitor competitor activity, pricing trends, and customer needs to identify new opportunities.

  • Contract Negotiation: Lead commercial negotiations including margin, payment terms, and forecast commitments.

  • Reporting: Provide accurate sales forecasts and performance reports to senior management.

  • Collaboration: Work cross\-functionally with customer service, logistics, product development, and marketing teams to meet customer needs and ensure market success \+ smooth operations.

  • Ensure compliance with export regulations and documentation requirements.

  • Represent the company at international trade fairs, exhibitions and customer meetings.
WHO YOU ARE

You are an experienced Key Account Manager with international sales background, bringing in a passion for customers, business performance, beautiful design and a desire for working with great brands. You have the ability navigate on both strategic and operational level and can translate strategy into execution. You can develop customer relationships into sustainable partnership and set common targets that paves the way to success. You set high standards, is self\-driven and you enjoy traveling to meet with customers. You appreciate being a part of a sales team. A few more details that you are familiar with:

  • Relevant background: Master's/Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing or a similar relevant education

  • 3\-5 years of experience in Intl. sales, account management and commercial development

  • Experience in defining \& setting direction for brands and products in wholesale business

  • Commercial \& Financial: Responsible for achieving sales profitability targets (P\&L and budget for brands/stores).

  • Business Development: business development in new markets.

  • Lead commercial negotiations with new retail partnerships (entering new doors, space, location)

  • Communication skills: Exceptional ability to communicate clearly and influence stakeholders at all levels.

  • You can develop positive and collaborative relationships with key retail partners, brand leaders, and cross\-functional teams (Finance, Product Development, Operations, Marketing)

  • Experience from the industry is an advantage but not a requirement

  • You an advanced intl. culture roadmap and understand how top navigate and adapt to different cultures and personalities.
The role is based in the Copenhagen office where you will be working from. Danish is not a mandatory language skill since we are a global company, however an advantage. Since France is a key market, speaking French is an advantage but not a requirement. Due to long distances to your markets, traveling can go up to 30% of working hours. You will be reporting to the Sales Director of the business area.
