Duties
- Develop and implement strategic plans to nurture and expand relationships with key clients, ensuring their needs are met effectively.
- Lead negotiations and close high\-value deals, leveraging strong communication skills to articulate value propositions clearly.
- Analyse market trends and client data using analysis skills to identify new business opportunities and optimise account performance.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams including sales, marketing, and product development to tailor solutions that meet client requirements.
- Utilise Salesforce or similar CRM platforms to manage client information, track interactions, and monitor account progress efficiently.
- Provide leadership within the team by mentoring junior staff, fostering a collaborative environment focused on achieving organisational goals.
- Conduct regular reviews with clients to assess satisfaction levels, address concerns promptly, and reinforce long\-term partnerships.
- Prepare detailed reports on account performance metrics for senior management, supporting strategic decision\-making processes.
- Proven experience in B2B sales with a strong understanding of key account management principles.
- Demonstrable leadership qualities with the ability to motivate teams and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, capable of engaging diverse audiences effectively.
- Strong analysis skills with proficiency in interpreting data to inform strategic decisions.
- Experience working with Salesforce or similar CRM tools is highly desirable.
- A recognised degree or equivalent qualification in business administration, marketing or related fields is preferred.
