About the Role
You will support a design team working with cable harness routing for chassis applications in an eMobility environment, with a strong focus on 24V harness routing for Battery Electric Vehicles. The team brings together both junior and senior specialists, and your role is to help them build a clear, efficient, and sustainable way of working.
This is a hands-on Scrum Master role in a product development setting where planning, coordination, and collaboration across engineering teams are central. You will create transparency around delivery, help remove friction in daily work, and strengthen collaboration with stakeholders across the wider engineering organization. It is an exciting opportunity if you enjoy enabling technical teams to perform at their best while working close to the shift toward electrified vehicles.
Job DescriptionYou will coach the team in agile principles and support practical ways of working in everyday delivery.
You will facilitate daily stand-ups, planning sessions, retrospectives, and reviews.
You will support planning, prioritization, and transparency around progress and delivery.
You will identify impediments and bottlenecks and help the team remove them.
You will coordinate dependencies with stakeholders and surrounding engineering teams.
You will support continuous improvement initiatives and contribute to the team’s development over time.
You will work closely with the Product Owner, Engineering Managers, and Release Train Engineer.
RequirementsMinimum one year of experience in a Scrum Master, Team Lead, Project Lead, or similar leadership role.
Experience facilitating teams and driving continuous improvement.
Strong communication, coaching, and stakeholder management skills.
Experience working with Jira, Confluence, and Mural.
Ability to create alignment and drive collaboration across teams.
Fluent English, spoken and written.
Nice to haveExperience from automotive product development.
Experience from a similar engineering organization.
Technical understanding of product development, electrical installations, or vehicle development.
