About the Role
This is a great opportunity for you who want to work close to both finance and business in an R&D environment undergoing major transformation. You will support leaders in a complex international organization where electrification, battery technologies, and the future of commercial vehicles are high on the agenda.
In this role, you act as a trusted business partner to R&D leadership and contribute to strategic decision-making, financial steering, and business performance. You will collaborate across leadership teams and controlling networks, with broad exposure to both operational and strategic questions. Job DescriptionYou will drive financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting for parts of the R&D organization.
You will support decision-making through financial analysis, business cases, and scenario assessments.
You will follow up on KPIs and turn data into clear reporting and presentations for leaders and management teams.
You will contribute to the development of future controlling processes, methods, and tools across R&D.
You will work closely with R&D leaders as a business partner in questions related to performance, prioritization, and financial steering.
You will collaborate across networks and maintain regular contact with other controlling functions in the wider organization.
RequirementsMaster’s degree in Economics, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
At least 3–5 years of experience in Business Controlling.
Proven ability to translate financial data into actionable insights and drive business performance in a structured and analytical way.
Experience partnering with senior stakeholders and management teams in a complex and international environment.
Excellent analytical and digital capabilities, including advanced skills in Excel, Power BI, and PowerPoint.
Professional fluency in English is required.
Nice to haveExperience with SAP.
An interest in electrification, battery technologies, and the transformation of the commercial vehicle industry.
Fluency in Swedish.
