We're investing heavily in the next generation of sales professionals and are looking for ambitious, motivated individuals to join our Sales Executive Apprenticeship Programme. Unlike many entry\-level sales roles, you won't carry a personal revenue target during your apprenticeship. Instead, the focus will be on learning, development and building the skills needed for a long\-term, successful career in sales.

What You'll Be Doing Working alongside experienced sales professionals, you'll gain exposure to the full sales cycle and learn how high\-performing commercial teams operate.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Building relationships with new and existing customers


• Supporting account management and business development activities


• Researching prospective organisations and identifying opportunities


• Conducting outreach through phone, email and LinkedIn


• Attending customer meetings and learning consultative selling techniques


• Supporting proposals, presentations and customer reviews


• Maintaining CRM records and managing sales data


• Collaborating with Marketing, Customer Success and Operations teams
