Monster Group UK is looking for a motivated and detail\-oriented Junior Quality Assurance \& Compliance Coordinator to join our growing team.This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a genuine interest in product quality, compliance and continuous improvement. Whilst previous experience in a similar role isn't essential, you'll have a keen eye for detail, enjoy problem solving and be eager to learn about product and company compliance across a wide range of consumer products.Working closely with suppliers and internal teams, you'll help ensure our products meet the highest standards while supporting compliance across multiple areas of the business.

Your Role:

  • Support company compliance activities including EPR, WEEE, CBAM, Packaging Waste Regulations, ESG and supplier due diligence.

  • Assist with product compliance including REACH, RoHS, CE/UKCA requirements, Declarations of Conformity, Technical Files, Safety Data Sheets and relevant product certifications.

  • Maintain accurate compliance records and documentation.

  • Work with suppliers to obtain and review compliance documentation.

  • Assist with product quality reviews and support continual product improvements.

  • Help investigate customer complaints, identify root causes and support corrective actions.

  • Liaise with internal departments to ensure compliance requirements are met.

  • Keep up to date with changing legislation and industry standards.
Skills We’re Looking For
  • A genuine interest in quality assurance and compliance.

  • Exceptional attention to detail and strong organisational skills.

  • Curious, proactive and eager to learn.

  • Able to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively.

  • Strong communication skills and confidence working with colleagues and suppliers.

  • Comfortable using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.

  • A positive attitude with a desire to build a career in quality and compliance.
Working Hours \& Location:

Full time \- starting between 8\.00am and 9\.30am, and finish between 4\.00pm and 5\.30pm (37\.5 hours per week with 30 minutes or 1 hour for lunch). You will be based at our modern offices near York (YO60 6PG) 5 days a week, so having your own transport is essential.
