We are looking for two motivated Apprentice Project Managers to join our Security Projects team in Central London.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to build a career in project management and electronic security. Previous PM experience is not essential — we are looking for organised, motivated individuals with strong problem\-solving skills and a willingness to learn.
The Role
- Support Project Managers with security projects from start to finish.
- Assist with planning, scheduling and project coordination.
- Communicate with customers, engineers and subcontractors.
- Help manage project documentation, deadlines and progress.
- Gain knowledge of CCTV, access control.
- Complete structured training and formal qualifications.
- Progress towards a Project Manager position upon successful completion.
- Motivated to build a career in Project Management.
- Highly organised with good attention to detail.
- Strong communication and problem\-solving skills.
- Confident working within a team and taking responsibility.
- Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office.
- Keen to learn and develop.
- Previous project management experience is not required.
Pay: £40,000\.00\-£50,000\.00 per year
