Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and organized Junior Project Manager to support the planning, coordination, and delivery of projects across the organisation. The successful candidate will assist the project manager in managing schedules, resources and communications to ensure projects are completed on time and within scope.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in planning, executing, and monitoring project activities.

  • Coordinate project meetings, prepare agendas, and document meeting minutes.

  • Track project timelines, milestones, and deliverables.

  • Maintain project documentation, reports, and records.

  • Communicate project updates to team members.

  • Monitor project risks and issues, escalating concerns when necessary.

  • Support resource allocation and workload management.

  • Ensure project tasks are completed according to quality standards.

  • Collaborate with cross\-functional teams to achieve project objectives.
