Junior Project Coordinator
Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organised and motivated Junior Project Support Administrator to join our growing team. This role provides administrative and coordination support to Project Managers, helping to ensure projects are delivered efficiently, on time, and within budget. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining project documentation, coordinating schedules and logistics, tracking project costs, and supporting communication with customers, suppliers, and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to Project Managers across multiple projects.
- Coordinate and monitor project tasks, activities, and timelines.
- Prepare, organise, maintain, and update project documentation and records.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, including preparing agendas and distributing minutes where required.
- Arrange stock deliveries, transport, and logistics to project sites.
- Track project expenses and assist with budget monitoring.
- Raise purchase orders (POs), process invoices, and maintain accurate financial records.
- Assist in preparation of payment applications and proactively follow up on outstanding payments.
- Compile and prepare documentation requested by Project Managers and customers.
- Assist with the preparation and submission of client quotations and proposals.
- Create and maintain project progress reports and status updates.
- Liaise with suppliers, customers, and internal departments to support project delivery.
- Ensure project information is accurate, up to date, and easily accessible.
- Support continuous improvement of project administration processes and procedures.
Essential

- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise workload effectively.
- Strong administrative and record\-keeping skills.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Previous experience in an administrative, project support, or coordination role.
- Knowledge of project management principles and processes – Advantageous, but can be learnt as part of the role
- Experience with project management or ERP software – Advantageous, but can be learnt as part of the role
- Understanding of purchase orders, invoicing, and payment processes.

Pay: £25,000\.00\-£26,000\.00 per year
