Junior Print & Signage Project Manager

THINK Group is looking for a motivated and organised Junior Account Manager / Project Coordinator to support the delivery of nationwide print and signage rollout projects for major retail clients.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build a career in project management, client services, or the print and signage industry. The role combines office\-based coordination with occasional travel to client sites, supporting the successful rollout of branding, signage, and print installations across Ireland.

You will work closely with senior project managers, installation teams, engineers, and clients to help ensure projects are delivered smoothly, on time, and to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with the coordination of print and signage rollout projects


• Support scheduling of installation teams and onsite works


• Liaise with engineers, suppliers, and subcontractors regarding project updates


• Maintain regular communication with clients and provide progress updates


• Attend site visits and client meetings when required


• Help prepare reports, schedules, and project documentation


• Monitor project timelines and support day\-to\-day project administration


• Work closely with internal production and operations teams


• Ensure projects are completed to brand and quality standards

Requirements

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills


• Organised with good attention to detail


• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast\-paced environment


• Professional and confident when dealing with clients and onsite teams


• Good computer and administrative skills


• A willingness to learn and develop within the role


• Full driving licence is an advantage

Desirable

• Previous experience in administration, customer service, retail, print, signage, or project coordination


• Interest in project management, branding, print, or retail rollout environments
