We are an Edinburgh\-based operations company working with a diverse portfolio of clients across multiple sectors. As we continue to grow, we're looking for a motivated and hands\-on Junior Operations Manager to join our team and support the day\-to\-day running of client campaigns.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone early in their operations career who thrives in a fast\-paced environment, enjoys variety in their work, and is eager to develop real\-world experience managing the logistics and delivery of live campaign activity.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Supporting the planning and on\-the\-ground execution of client campaign days across a range of sectors

  • Coordinating operational logistics before, during, and after each campaign

  • Acting as a key point of contact on\-site, ensuring smooth delivery and a high standard of client service

  • Monitoring daily operations and flagging issues or inefficiencies to senior management

  • Managing resources, schedules, and on\-site teams during campaign days

  • Liaising with internal teams and external clients to ensure campaign objectives are met

  • Contributing to post\-campaign reporting and operational reviews

  • Helping to develop and improve internal processes and standard operating procedures

What We're Looking For
  • A proactive, hands\-on individual who is comfortable taking ownership on the ground

  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously

  • Excellent communication skills – confident speaking with clients, teams, and stakeholders

  • A flexible, can\-do attitude and willingness to work across different sectors and environments

  • Previous experience in an operations, events, logistics, or campaign management role is desirable, but not essential

  • A driving licence is advantageous

  • Based in or able to commute to Edinburgh for a fully on\-site role
