Junior Operations Manager
We are an Edinburgh\-based operations company working with a diverse portfolio of clients across multiple sectors. As we continue to grow, we're looking for a motivated and hands\-on Junior Operations Manager to join our team and support the day\-to\-day running of client campaigns.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone early in their operations career who thrives in a fast\-paced environment, enjoys variety in their work, and is eager to develop real\-world experience managing the logistics and delivery of live campaign activity.
What You'll Be Doing
- Supporting the planning and on\-the\-ground execution of client campaign days across a range of sectors
- Coordinating operational logistics before, during, and after each campaign
- Acting as a key point of contact on\-site, ensuring smooth delivery and a high standard of client service
- Monitoring daily operations and flagging issues or inefficiencies to senior management
- Managing resources, schedules, and on\-site teams during campaign days
- Liaising with internal teams and external clients to ensure campaign objectives are met
- Contributing to post\-campaign reporting and operational reviews
- Helping to develop and improve internal processes and standard operating procedures
- A proactive, hands\-on individual who is comfortable taking ownership on the ground
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Excellent communication skills – confident speaking with clients, teams, and stakeholders
- A flexible, can\-do attitude and willingness to work across different sectors and environments
- Previous experience in an operations, events, logistics, or campaign management role is desirable, but not essential
- A driving licence is advantageous
- Based in or able to commute to Edinburgh for a fully on\-site role

Pay: £28,000\.00\-£33,000\.00 per year
