The Role
This position will primarily focus on CRM and customer communications, while also supporting wider marketing activity across social media, influencer partnerships, and PR campaigns.
You will work closely with the marketing team to improve customer engagement, campaign performance, and brand visibility across multiple channels.

Key Responsibilities
- Support the planning and execution of CRM campaigns
- Build and schedule email and SMS campaigns
- Assist with customer segmentation and database management
- Monitor campaign performance and report on key metrics
- Help improve customer journeys, retention, and engagement
- Maintain accurate and up\-to\-date CRM data and marketing lists
- Support A/B testing and workflow optimisation across brands
Marketing \& Brand Support
- Monitor marketing trends, competitor activity, and viral content opportunities
- Support community engagement and social media interactions
- Assist with influencer partnerships and PR campaigns
- Contribute creative ideas for marketing campaigns and content
What We’re Looking For
- Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related subject
- Internship experience or up to 1 year of marketing experience preferred
- Strong interest in CRM, digital marketing, and social media
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Creative mindset with an eye for trends and engaging content
- Comfortable working in a fast\-paced environment
- Proactive, ambitious, and eager to learn
- Experience with CRM systems or email marketing platforms is advantageous
- Familiarity with Canva and Figma is beneficial
