Junior Marketing Executive
We’re looking for an ambitious and creative Customer Success \& Marketing Assistant to help grow two modern SaaS startups in the HR and eCommerce space.
This is a varied startup\-style role combining customer support, social media, content creation, onboarding, and marketing support. Initially part\-time, with strong long\-term growth potential as the businesses scale.
You’ll work directly with the founder and play a hands\-on role in helping build awareness, support customers, improve user experience, and grow the brands online.
The ideal candidate is organised, proactive, confident using technology and social media, and excited by startups, SaaS, AI tools, and modern business software.
This is a great opportunity for someone early in their career looking to gain real responsibility and grow alongside fast\-moving software brands.
Responsibilities
- Assist with managing social media content across LinkedIn, TikTok, X, and other platforms
- Create simple graphics, product videos, screen recordings, and marketing content
- Help respond to customer support queries, live chat, and onboarding questions
- Support new customer onboarding and account setup
- Write and update help articles, FAQs, and support documentation
- Collect customer feedback and help improve the platforms
- Support review collection across Trustpilot and software directories
- Assist with website content, blogs, and SEO tasks
- Monitor social engagement and respond to comments/messages
- Work closely with the founder on day\-to\-day startup operations and growth tasks
Requirements
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable using social media platforms and online tools
- Organised with good attention to detail
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Interest in startups, SaaS, AI, and technology
- Basic knowledge of Canva, CapCut, ChatGPT, or similar tools is beneficial
- Ability to multitask in a fast\-paced environment
Desirable (but not essential)
- Experience creating social media content or short\-form videos
- Experience in customer support or administration
- Basic understanding of SEO or digital marketing
