Responsibilities

• Engage with prospective customers both in person, online and via phone to promote used vehicle offerings.


• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients through effective communication and personalised service.


• Utilise CRM software to track leads, manage customer data, and follow up on sales opportunities efficiently.


• Upsell additional products or services to maximise sales potential while ensuring customer needs are met.


• Manage the entire sales process from initial enquiry through to closing the deal, ensuring a seamless experience for the customer.


• Collaborate with the sales team to achieve individual and team targets.


• Maintain up\-to\-date knowledge of current vehicle stock, features, and industry trends.


• Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette and organisational skills during all customer interactions.

• Proven experience in car sales


• Demonstrable success in upselling products and achieving sales targets.


• Strong communication skills, including clear verbal articulation and active listening abilities.


• Familiarity with CRM software systems used for managing customer relationships and sales pipelines.


• Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.


• Experience in maintaining professional phone etiquette and delivering outstanding customer service.


• Experience in F\&I products including finance and warranty. This role offers an engaging environment for motivated individuals passionate about automotive sales and customer service excellence. Pay: £30,000\.00\-£60,000\.00 per year
