<li>Handle inbound leads from Spanish merchants via phone, email, and digital channels, guiding them from first contact through to activation</li>
<li>Run product demonstrations and use value-based selling to match merchants with the right SumUp solution</li>
<li>Close deals within short sales cycles, often in a single call, while maintaining a high standard of conversation quality</li>
<li>Track pipeline, log activity, and manage leads accurately in Salesforce</li>
<li>Collaborate with team members and cross-functional partners in Ops and Customer Support to ensure a smooth merchant experience</li>
