As a (Junior) HR IT Project Manager, you will assist with the implementation and coordination of HR IT projects and have the opportunity to put your knowledge of HR technology and project management into practice straight away. You will contribute to the successful delivery of digital HR transformations and systems for our clients.

Your role as (Junior) HR IT Projectmanager

In this role, you will contribute to HR IT projects, working alongside experienced project managers and consultants to ensure their successful completion. You will assist in monitoring scope, planning, risks and actions, and act as a liaison between various stakeholders and project teams. You will help analyse processes, support workshops, report on progress and contribute to the continuity of project deliverables. You will learn how to structure projects and eventually manage them independently.

- Monitoring, reporting and adjusting progress.

- You have 0–5 years’ experience in project management, digitalization or consultancy.
- You have an interest in HR IT or HR transformation.
- You have a Higher National Diploma (HND) or university degree and strong communication skills.
- You are fluent in Dutch and English, both spoken and written.
