About the role

As a Junior HR IT Consultant, you will contribute to national and international HR IT projects aimed at improving and transforming our clients’ HR services and systems. You will support experienced consultants with analyses, process improvements and the design of appropriate HR technology solutions.

Your role as (Junior) HR IT Consultant
------------------------------------------

In this role, you will work alongside colleagues on various HR IT projects, where you will learn how to effectively analyze and optimize processes and systems within HR. You will assist with gathering requirements, preparing workshops, drafting documentation and monitoring planning and quality throughout projects. You will liaise with stakeholders, provide support in advising on tooling and contribute to the implementation of integrations and digital improvements. You will also be given the opportunity to further develop your skills in consultancy and HR technology.

  • You are interested in HR, organizational change, IT and consultancy; work experience as a consultant and/or within HR/IT is an advantage.

  • You have an HBO or university degree, an analytical mindset and a strong desire to learn and develop.

  • You have a pragmatic and flexible approach.

  • Your are fluent in spoken and written Dutch and English.
