Junior Electronics Engineer - Summer Internship

We're hiring. The old school way. No AI CV filtering nonsense, no ATS. Real conversations. Direct hire. I don't expect 18 years of experience at 21 yrs old.

We have open roles for Junior/Grad level electronics engineers, and year long industrial placements at Emvexis Limited, however we are also looking for summer internship engineering students.

Who we're after:

• Somebody to join our small team, with big customers, working on current and future products, in motorsport, automotive and industrial


• Somebody who wants to touch hardware, firmware and PC application software on a daily basis, not sit through 4 meetings trying to work out which team is responsible for this...


• Somebody not interested in giant corporations; somebody who wants to get their hands dirty, and take on real responsibility with direct impact on the bottom line


• You'll be designing electronics hardware from scratch, laying out PCBs, writing bare metal embedded firmware in C for a range of Cortex M MCUs. You'll be working with CAN, SPI, I2C, UARTs, DMA, interfacing with MEMS sensors, embedded memories. Working with test equipment and saleable products, you'll be involved with PC software ranging from internal test to customer facing applications using technologies like C\#/.NET/SQL.

• Somebody who can concretely demonstrate technical ability. People say this is hard for people early in their careers, we disagree; almost every junior we've hired was able to prove this through personal projects they've gotten stuck into, simply because they loved the engineering and they wanted to do it \- this is who we're looking for.
