How will you make an impact?
SKYEBASE conducts drone and robot operations and presents data and insights in a clear and innovative way. As a Project Coordinator, you’ll work closely with inspectors, drone pilots, and assist with the organization of projects. You will also handle other responsibilities, such as drone regulations, safety, and more.
What kind of profile are we looking for?
We’re looking for a dynamic individual with the right personality and skills to strengthen our team.
- Driver’s license (B)
- You live in the Antwerp area.
- A bachelor’s degree in a technical field or equivalent through experience.
- Proven technical background.
- Proficiency in Dutch (spoken and written) and English (spoken and written); knowledge of French is an advantage.
- Motivated problem\-solver with strong communication skills and a proactive approach.
- Strong analytical and creative thinking skills.
- Organized and structured.
- An entrepreneurial scale\-up mentality, stress\-resistant, responsible, and proactive.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
- Enjoy working in a fast\-growing company and have no “9\-to\-5” mentality.
- Proficient in Office and other digital tools.
- Experience with NDT inspections and/or drones.
- VCA\-VOL certification.
- Experience in planning and executing inspection projects in various environments and under challenging conditions.
- Experience with data processing software for orthomosaic images, 3D models, etc. (Pix4D, Agisoft Metashape, …).
- Knowledge of industry and/or industrial environments.
- Familiarity with drone/aviation regulations.
Your daily tasks:
As a Project Coordinator, you play a crucial role in the day\-to\-day execution of projects.
- Project Tasks:
+ Step 1: Preparation
- Preparing projects: analyzing the project and steps required, submitting flight requests for drone operations in compliance with legal procedures, conducting risk analyses, client communication, planning personnel, and equipment.
- Supporting our on\-site crew.
- Collaborating with the drone pilot and occasionally acting as an observer during field assignments.
- Supporting and processing inspection data into a report in I\-Spect (our proprietary inspection platform) or generating orthomosaic images and 3D models.
- Handling project\-related administration.
- General Tasks:
+ Keeping operational documents and administration up\-to\-date according to our procedures.
+ Supporting our operations manager with drone regulations and authorization requests.
+ Performing tasks necessary to actively support the safety and quality management system.
