Junior Digital Marketing Executive

Essential Marketer is a well\-established digital marketing and web agency based in Bromsgrove, just south of Birmingham. With over 15 years of industry experience, we work with SMEs, national and international brands across e\-commerce, professional services and home improvement sectors.

The Role

As a Junior Digital Marketing Executive, you will play a key role in supporting client accounts across SEO, PPC and social media. You will work with platforms including Google Ads, GA4, Search Console, Meta Business Suite, SEMrush, Majestic and our in\-house systems to support the delivery of high\-quality, performance\-driven campaigns. You will collaborate closely with Account Managers and the wider team to help achieve client objectives and deliver measurable results.

Junior candidates will receive comprehensive support and training, with a clear progression path towards an Account Manager position where they will have the opportunity to take ownership of client strategies, manage client relationships and contribute to campaign planning and delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the planning and execution of SEO, PPC and social media campaigns


• Communicate regularly and professionally with clients, ensuring expectations are managed and met


• Support Account Managers in day\-to\-day campaign delivery and optimisation


• Stay up to date with the latest digital marketing trends, tools and best practices


• Demonstrate excellent organisational and time management skills to maintain project schedules


• Participate in internal briefings and client project meetings

• Some hands\-on experience with SEO, PPC or social media marketing through employment, internships, freelance work or personal projects


• Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and best practices


• Excellent written and verbal communication skills


• Confident working both independently and collaboratively within a team


• Proficient in Google Workspace tools
