Job Overview
As a Junior Client Manager, your primary focus will be converting warm inbound leads into loyal, long\-term clients. You will manage enquiries from initial contact through to close, building strong relationships, understanding client needs, and presenting our solutions in a clear and professional manner.

Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and outreach activities.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients to foster long\-term partnerships.
- Prepare compelling proposals and presentations tailored to client needs.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies that enhance brand visibility and generate leads.
- Utilise CRM software, to track interactions, manage pipelines, and analyse sales data.
- Conduct competitor analysis to stay informed of industry trends and identify areas for growth.
- Attend industry events, conferences, and meetings to represent the organisation professionally.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure client requirements are met efficiently and effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both phone and email
- Confident speaking with business owners and decision\-makers
- Good organisational and time management skills
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills essential, including confidence working with spreadsheets, data and formulas
- Competent with Microsoft Office/Google Workspace
- Professional and confident manner
- Ability to work towards targets and KPIs
- Proven experience in sales or business development roles, preferably within a similar industry.
- Proficiency in CRM software such as Salesforce is essential; experience with other CRM tools is advantageous.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in British English.
- Demonstrated ability to build rapport and negotiate effectively with clients at various levels.
- Self\-motivated with a proactive approach to achieving targets and driving results.
- A relevant degree or professional qualification in Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields is desirable but not essential. - Experience with working in B2B sales and SME's
- Previous sales, telesales, lead generation or customer service experience
- Experience using a CRM system (e.g. Workbooks, HubSpot, Salesforce)
- Business, sales or marketing qualification (A\-Level, BTEC, NVQ or degree)
- Experience in financial services, tax, accountancy or commercial property sectors
- Full UK driving licence (if required for the role)
