Nuremore Estate by McGettigan's is looking for an experienced Junior Assistant Manager with 2 years Food \& Beverage management / Front Office / supervisor experience.
The Junior Assistant Manager will be responsible for leading and motivating the teams in all departments, ensuring a high standard of customer service is maintained.
We are looking for an experienced and motivated person with a strong Management background.
Duties and responsibilities:
To ensure that the highest standards of service are provided at all times
To ensure that staff are carrying out their duties accordingly and effectively
To manage the smooth running of the hotel
To ensure that SOPs are followed by staff
To communicate and work effectively with our management team
Important Information:

To have previous experience in a Junior Assistant Manager role
Excellent leadership skills to effectively manage a team
Excellent communication skills.
Commitment to delivering high levels of customer service.
Fluent level of spoken and written English is essential
Ability to work and manage confidently especially during busy periods.
