Location: Bristol / Swindon
Position: Junior Air Conditioning Engineer ( 2 years plus \+ )
Salary \& Benefits
- Salary up to £32,000pa, depending on experience
- Travel paid (minus 30 minutes each way)
- £5 daily lunch allowance (tax free, minimum 5 hours worked)

From Birmingham to the South Coast, we provide commercial building services to a wide range of well\-known clients, including pubs, restaurants, hotels and hospitality venues.
Due to continued growth and new contract wins, we are now looking to recruit a Junior Air Conditioning Engineer to join our team and work across the Bristol \& M4 Corridor
This is an excellent opportunity for an engineer looking to develop their career within commercial air conditioning. You will work alongside experienced engineers, gaining hands\-on experience across a range of systems and environments.
Responsibilities
- Assist with planned and reactive maintenance on VRV, VRF and Split systems
- Work alongside experienced engineers to diagnose and resolve air conditioning faults
- Assist with repairs, servicing and replacement of components
- Visit public houses, restaurants, bars and hotels
- Develop knowledge of commercial air conditioning systems and fault finding
- Ensure all work is completed safely and to a high standard
- Complete job sheets and maintenance reports accurately
- Communicate professionally with customers and site contacts
- Attend reactive call\-outs as part of the engineering team
- Follow all company health and safety procedures
- Some previous experience within air conditioning or refrigeration ( 2 years plus )
- FGAS preferred but not essential depending on experience
- Full UK driving licence
- Basic understanding of air conditioning systems
- Good customer service and communication skills
- Keen to learn and develop within the industry
Pay: £27,000\.00\-£32,000\.00 per year
