No experience? No problem. You’ll get full training from day one, plus ongoing coaching to help you develop confidence, sharpen your skills, and start closing deals. You’ll be working with world\-leading logistics partners—helping businesses ship smarter, save money, and grow faster.

About the Role

You’ll learn how to identify opportunities, start conversations with business owners, and introduce solutions that make a real impact.

From your first call to your first deal, you’ll be supported every step of the way.

What You’ll Be Doing

�� Get stuck into sales from day one

  • Reach out to SMEs via phone, email, and LinkedIn

  • Learn how to grab attention and start meaningful conversations

  • Research businesses and understand their shipping challenges
�� Build confidence \& book meetings
  • Set up meetings with decision\-makers

  • Develop strong communication skills through real interactions
�� Understand needs \& add value
  • Learn how businesses manage logistics and shipping

  • Help present smarter, cost\-saving solutions
�� Develop your sales skills \& start closing
  • Take part in hands\-on training, coaching, and live roleplays

  • Build and manage your own pipeline

  • Work toward closing your first deals with support from experienced mentors
�� Grow accounts \& maximise earnings
  • Build relationships with clients

  • Support long\-term account growth and retention
