Joules Production Coordinator
Working Pattern: This is a part time role based at ‘The Barn’ \- Joules’ purpose built Head Office in Market Harborough, Leicestershire.
The typical hours for this role are 9am to 5pm, Monday to Thursday and this is an onsite role.

Market Harborough in Leicestershire, is where Joules began in 1989\. This market town is home to the brand’s Head Office and is full of independent shops, bars and restaurants. It also benefits from good transport links to London, making it easily accessible for visitors and commuters alike.
What You’ll Do
Work within the Creative Services team reporting into the Image \& Asset Manager. You will be accountable for:
- Oversee the tracking of all photography samples across the business.
- Act as the primary point of contact for borrowing and sourcing photography samples.
- Oversee the collation, tracking, and auditing of samples ordered.
- Provide assistance to studio teams during shoot days, organising and locating samples. You may also be required to help with ad hoc logistical needs.
- Own the packing, preparation, and international documentation (Carnets) for location campaign shoots.
- Partner closely with Managers on ad hoc operational projects and provide daily workflow support to the wider studio team.

- Studio experience would be preferred but is not essential.
- Excellent team player.
- Forward thinking, innovative \& proactive in approach of all projects.
- Enthusiastic with strong motivational skills.
- Flexible attitude and willingness to work outside of set hours on occasion.
- Time Management and excellent punctuality.
- Knowledge of and passion for the Joules Brand.
- Have experience in a similar role or environment with a genuine interest in creative photography.
- Be able to contribute and work effectively within a team environment.
- Be able to work well under pressure, have a flexible attitude and be responsive to change.
- Have a friendly, helpful and professional manner at all times.
- Have excellent interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with peers and senior management.
- Have excellent attention to detail.
