Overview
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Coffee Shop Manager to lead our vibrant team at Ori Caffe and ensure the smooth operation of our establishment. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in food preparation, hospitality, and team management, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. Duties

• Supervise daily coffee shop operations, ensuring efficient service and customer satisfaction


• Oversee food preparation, cooking, and food production processes to maintain quality standards


• Manage staff schedules, delegate tasks, and supervise team members including baristas and kitchen personnel


• Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and uphold hygiene standards across all areas of the shop


• Assist in training new staff members in food handling, serving techniques, and customer service protocols


• Monitor inventory levels, place orders for supplies, and manage stock control


• Handle customer enquiries, resolve complaints promptly, and promote a positive shopping experience


• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the premises in accordance with health regulations


• Implement promotional activities to attract new customers and retain existing clientele

Experience

• Proven supervising experience within a hospitality or restaurant environment


• Extensive background in food preparation, cooking, and kitchen operations


• Experience working as a barista or in a café setting is highly desirable


• Strong team management skills with the ability to motivate staff and foster teamwork


• Knowledge of food safety standards and best practices in food production


• Previous experience in hospitality management or hotel environments is advantageous


• Excellent leadership qualities combined with outstanding organisational skills


• Familiarity with restaurant or café operations, including serving procedures and hospitality standards
