Job Summary

We are seeking a detail\-oriented Jewellery Production \& Design Assistant to join our manufacturing team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the design, development, and production of exquisite jewelry pieces. You will collaborate closely with designers and digital specialists to bring jewelry concepts to life through a blend of traditional craftsmanship and cutting\-edge digital tools. Your passion for design, technical skills, and eye for detail will help elevate our brand’s aesthetic and ensure the highest quality standards are met at every stage of production. This position is ideal for someone eager to grow within the jewelry industry while honing their digital design and technical skills.

Key Responsibilities \& Requirements

  • Assist with the day\-to\-day jewellery design and manufacturing process, working closely with the wider team.

  • Strong numerical skills and good attention to detail, particularly when working with measurements, dimensions and specifications.

  • Comfortable using Google Sheets, email, Microsoft Office and Apple products.

  • Previous jewellery and gemstone knowledge is preferred but not essential.

  • Experience or understanding of Jewellery CAD, geometry or technical drawing would be highly advantageous.

  • A fast learner who can quickly adapt to new systems, processes and ways of working. Full training will be provided.

  • Highly organised, accurate and detail\-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple tasks.

  • A flexible and collaborative approach to working as part of a team, including weekend work when required.

  • Strong communication skills with fluent English essential. Additional languages are advantageous, with Hindi particularly desirable.

  • A genuine interest in jewellery design, gemstones and manufacturing, with a willingness to develop technical knowledge and skills.

Pay: From £25,420\.00 per year

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • London EC1N: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)
