About Us
Jorja Revive is a fast\-growing healthcare and wellness business currently undergoing a major operational and technology expansion. We are looking for a proactive, organised, and highly capable Digital Systems \& Operations Manager to help build, manage, and maintain the company’s internal technology infrastructure and operational systems.

This is a hands\-on role suited to someone who enjoys taking ownership, solving problems, improving systems, and helping businesses scale operationally.

The successful candidate will become a key operational support person within the business and will work closely with management, staff, external developers, and third\-party providers to ensure all systems across the company operate efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
IT \& Infrastructure Management

  • Setting up and configuring laptops, desktops, printers, mobile phones, and office equipment

  • Managing Microsoft 365 environment including:

  • User setup

  • Email accounts

  • Shared mailboxes

  • Teams

  • OneDrive

  • SharePoint

  • Permissions and security access

  • Managing onboarding and offboarding of employees

  • Setting up devices and systems for new starters

  • Providing day\-to\-day IT support and troubleshooting

  • Managing office telephony systems and setup

  • Ensuring systems, passwords, permissions, and company data remain organised and secure

  • Managing company hardware inventory and device allocation
RM \& Business Systems Management
  • Managing and maintaining the company’s CRM and operational systems

  • Setting up users, permissions, memberships, services, automations, and templates

  • Supporting operational workflows across business systems

  • Troubleshooting and resolving system issues

  • Supporting and training staff on internal systems and processes

  • Assisting with integrations, reporting, and system optimisation

  • Helping improve operational efficiency across the business through technology and automation

  • Maintaining and improving workflows between systems and departments
Website \& Digital Systems Coordination
The successful candidate will also work closely alongside our external website development and marketing teams to help oversee and coordinate the company’s digital infrastructure and systems.

Whilst this is not a dedicated web developer role, the candidate should have a good understanding of:

  • Website hosting and domains

  • DNS and email routing

  • Website integrations and automations

  • CRM\-to\-website workflows

  • Basic troubleshooting of website\-related issues

  • Coordinating with developers and third\-party providers

  • Understanding operational and technical business requirements
The ideal candidate will act as a bridge between management, operations, and external developers to help ensure all systems across the business operate cohesively and efficiently.

Requirements
Essential

  • Strong knowledge of practice management and CRM systems

  • Strong Microsoft 365 administration knowledge

  • Experience setting up and managing company laptops, emails, mobile phones, and office systems

  • Experience with Microsoft Intune

  • SharePoint knowledge

  • Basic networking knowledge

  • Experience working alongside website developers or agencies

  • Knowledge of domains, DNS, hosting, and integrations

  • Experience managing onboarding/offboarding of employees

  • Good troubleshooting and problem\-solving skills

  • Organised and operationally minded

  • Able to work independently and take ownership

  • Excellent communication and coordination skills
Desirable
  • Previous healthcare or clinic environment experience

  • Experience implementing SOPs and operational systems within growing businesses
