Dental Nurse

We are looking for a friendly, motivated and patient\-focused Qualified Dental Nurse to join our modern private dental practice in Leigh\-on\-Sea.

This is an excellent opportunity to become part of a supportive and professional team delivering high\-quality general, cosmetic and restorative dentistry in a welcoming environment. We are seeking a Dental Nurse who takes pride in delivering outstanding patient care and enjoys working within a close\-knit team.

The role is available for 3 to 5 days per week, with flexibility available for the right candidate.

One Clinic Leigh is a modern private dental practice providing a wide range of treatments including:

• General dentistry


• Invisalign and clear aligner treatments


• Composite bonding


• Teeth whitening

Key Responsibilities

• Chairside assistance for a variety of dental procedures


• Preparing and maintaining treatment rooms


• Decontamination and sterilisation of instruments


• Maintaining accurate patient records


• Ensuring compliance with CQC and HTM 01\-05 requirements


• Assisting with digital workflows, impressions and photography where required


• Providing a high standard of patient care and support


• Managing stock and surgery organisation


• Supporting reception and administrative duties when required


• Working closely with clinicians to ensure efficient patient journeys

Essential Requirements

• GDC Registered Dental Nurse


• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills


• Strong understanding of cross\-infection control procedures


• Reliable, organised and professional approach


• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team


• A positive and caring attitude towards patients

Desirable Skills

• Knowledge of Invisalign workflows


• Experience with cosmetic dentistry and smile makeovers


• Radiography qualification


• Familiarity with digital dentistry and intraoral scanners
