Schedule
- Full\-time position
- Monday to Friday
- Standard business hours with occasional flexibility based on operational needs
Key Responsibilities
- Provide first\-line and second\-line IT support to users
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and system issues
- Install, configure, and maintain computers, devices, and applications
- Support Microsoft 365, email systems, and user accounts
- Monitor and resolve IT service tickets efficiently
- Assist with network connectivity and security troubleshooting
- Document technical issues and resolutions clearly
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve IT processes and user experience
- Maintain IT equipment inventory and system updates
- Deliver excellent customer service and technical guidance to employees and clients

Requirements

- Organized, proactive, and solution\-oriented mindset
- English communication skills required; additional languages are a plus
