What will you do?

• Lead the planning, execution, and successful delivery of business and IT projects across the organization.


• Define project objectives, scope, deliverables, timelines, budgets, and success criteria in alignment with business needs.


• Coordinate cross\-functional teams and ensure effective collaboration between business stakeholders, technical teams, and external vendors.


• Establish and maintain project roadmaps, resource plans, budgets, and governance frameworks.


• Monitor project progress, identify risks, dependencies, and issues, and implement mitigation actions when necessary.


• Prepare and present project status updates, steering committee reports, and key performance indicators.


• Drive project governance and facilitate decision\-making processes with senior stakeholders.


• Define and supervise testing strategies and ensure project deliverables meet quality expectations.


• Support organizational change management activities to ensure smooth adoption of project outcomes.


• Foster a culture of continuous improvement by promoting project management best practices and delivery excellence.

Who are you?

• Master's degree (Bac\+5\) in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Information Systems.


• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Project Manager delivering complex IT projects.


• Strong experience managing project scope, budget, resources, risks, and stakeholder expectations.


• Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and drive transformation initiatives.


• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across all organizational levels.


• Good knowledge of project management methodologies, including Agile frameworks.


• Experience with project management and collaboration tools such as Jira, Confluence, ServiceNow, Clarity, or similar.


• PMP, Prince2, Agile, or equivalent project management certifications are considered a strong asset.


• Strong analytical and problem\-solving skills with a data\-driven mindset.


• Fluent in both English and French
