IT Business Manager

What will you do?

• Connecting with potential clients and partners;


• Building strong relationships and understanding their needs;


• Creating and managing sales plans to hit our targets;


• Identifying and engaging with top IT talent;


• Actively pursuing new business opportunities and driving commercial growth (this is a business‑oriented role, not solely account management).

What are we looking for?

• A Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Engineering or a related field;


• At least 2 years of experience in Tech Consulting (mandatory);


• A positive and enthusiastic attitude;


• Excellent communication skills, both written and oral;


• The ability to solve problems and overcome challenges;


• Pressure is peanuts for you;


• Fluency in English, with Spanish as a bonus.
