As a Sales Trainee, you become part of the team responsible for driving business opportunities, building relationships and showcasing our brand to partners across various segments.

During your internship, you will gain hands\-on experience in the commercial world behind an international hotel. You will support the Sales team in building corporate relations, identifying new opportunities and ensuring Courtyard remains highly visible to companies, event planners and travel partners.

You’ll receive real responsibilities, close coaching and plenty of room to learn and grow. Plus, you will receive an internship allowance of €750 per month.

What your role looks like behind the scenes

• You support the Sales team with daily tasks, proposals, contracts, and follow\-ups.


• You assist in identifying new business opportunities and conduct market analyses.


• You work with CRM tools and reporting systems that teach you how sales really works.


• You help create presentations, sales materials, and event documents.


• You collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure an excellent experience for guests and clients.


• You keep an eye on the competition and share interesting trends with the team.

Who you are
===============

• You are curious, energetic, and ready to take your first steps into the hospitality or business world.


• You are studying Hotel Management, Business Administration, Communication, Tourism, Marketing, or a related field.


• You speak English fluently.


• You are digitally savvy (Microsoft Office; CRM experience is a plus).


• You communicate easily and enjoy working with people.


• You work in an organized way and have a keen eye for detail.


• You are proactive and love taking initiative.


• You thrive in a dynamic, international environment.


• You have a passion for hospitality, sales, and creating memorable experiences.
