<ul>
<li>As part of our Legal Team, you will gain hands-on exposure to the legal challenges of a fast-growing deep-tech company. Your responsibilities will span a broad range of topics, with a particular focus on:
<ul>
<li>Supporting the implementation and day-to-day operation of our compliance framework</li>
<li>Administration of our employee participation program</li>
<li>Reviewing and drafting commercial agreements and other legal documentation</li>
<li>Conducting legal research and translating complex legal requirements into pragmatic recommendations for the business</li>
<li>Helping us improve legal processes, templates and workflows, including through the use of technology and automation</li>

<h2>Requirements</h2>
<ul>
<li>You have successfully completed the First German State Examination in Law (Erstes Staatsexamen) and are either preparing for or currently completing your legal traineeship (<em>Referendariat</em>)</li>
<li>Broad interest in business law and an eagerness to work across different legal and regulatory areas</li>
<li>A pragmatic and commercial mindset, strong analytical skills and attention to detail</li>
<li>Ability and curiosity to quickly understand complex legal, technical and regulatory topics</li>
<li>Strong written and spoken German and English</li>
<li>Genuine interest in technology, start-ups and working in a fast-paced and international environment</li>
</ul>

<li>Experience with AI tools and an interest in using AI for legal research, drafting, knowledge management or process automation is a plus</li>
