As a Business Consultant for our SmartSales solution, your mission is to translate client needs into software or technological solutions.

Responsibilities
--------------------

As a Business Consultant, you will be fully involved in the SmartSales team. You will help take SmartSales clients to the next level.

During your internship, you will have the opportunity to:

• Client interaction/cases: work directly with clients, understand their needs, and translate them from a business context into carefully designed technical solutions.


• End\-to\-end process: together with an experienced colleague, you will carry out the full process, from analysis to presentation, ensuring success for our clients.


• Project management: learn how we coordinate with clients regarding expectations, budget, planning, validation, and ongoing needs.


• Client training: assist in preparing client training sessions to ensure clients are fully comfortable with the customized solutions we develop.


• Versatility \& responsibility: your role goes beyond technical expertise; you will dive into your client’s business and help formulate advice to move their business forward.

Profile
-----------

Must\-have:

• Currently pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree in business or IT


• Ability to think outside the box


• Proactive, ambitious \& assertive \~ Go\-getter


• Positive mindset \& independence to tackle challenges


• Strong business interest to fully understand and analyze clients


• Structured and driven by multi\-project management


• Team player mentality


• Driver’s license

Nice\-to\-have:

• Ability to convince clients during commercial presentations


• Data\-driven \& analytical mindset


• Ability to use Excel for processing \& analyzing data
