We zijn op zoek naar een full\-time, office\-based Administratieve Assistent ter versterking van ons team in Leuven (Haasrode/Heverlee). Als je op zoek bent naar een zinvolle baan in een internationaal bedrijf met een dynamische werkomgeving, dan is dit de job voor jou.
Je zal samenwerken met één HR assistent, één HR Business Partner en twee Talent Acquisition Specialists. Daarnaast zal je regelmatig contact hebben met verschillende collega’s in Europa, het Verenigd Koninkrijk en de Verenigde Staten.
Responsibilities :
- Algemene administratieve ondersteuning bieden aan de Europese HR afdeling, waaronder het inplannen van sollicitatiegesprekken, algemene onderteuning bij rekrutering en selectie, personeelsadministratie en documentbeheer
- Het opstellen en opvolgen van de maandelijkse en kwartaalrapportages voor werelwijde en regionale HR\-vereisten
- Samenwerken met verschillende interne afdelingen rond HR\-gerelateerde onderwerpen
- Helpen bij de onboarding en offboarding van medewerkers
- Toegewezen projecten uitvoeren
- Zorgvuldig omgaan met vertrouwelijke personeelsinformatie
- Uitvoeren van diverse ad\-hoc taken
- Secundair diploma
- 2 jaar ervaring in een professioneele kantoor setting is een plus
- Zeer goede kennis van Microsoft Word, Outlook en Excel
- Sterk oog voor detail
- Uitstekende organisatorische vaardigheden en het vermogen om prioriteiten te stellen
