We are looking for our new International Small Tooling Manager for the Aerospace sector, for our Getafe office.
WHAT TASKS WILL YOU CARRY OUT****?
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate the offer services, in order to ensure annual objectives (P\&L).
- Create and implement the customer relation strategy to increase the Business
- Work closely with the Local Managers and dedicated teams to ensure cross\-functional coherence and quality of deliverables.
- Develop connections between STC team leaders
- Manage quality and regulatory compliance,
- Insure cost and schedule control,
- Manage harmonization of tooling standards across international sites,
- Coordinate multicultural and multi\-site teams.
- Manage international suppliers and tooling partners.
- Develop technical competencies and team capabilities worldwide.
- Improve manufacturing productivity and tooling efficiency.
- Implement Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Reduce cycle times, downtime, and non\-conformities

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
Education
- Master’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or equivalent.
- MBA or international management qualification is a plus.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in the aerospace industry.
- Industrial tooling,
- Global team leadership.
- Fully available to travel
- Experience with OEMs, Tier\-1 suppliers, or aerospace manufacturing groups is highly desirable.
