International Sales Manager

The Sales Manager will focus on driving sales growth and building strong relationships with international customers and agents in the industrial and manufacturing sector.

Description

• Develop and implement effective international sales strategies to meet business objectives.


• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients globally.


• Manage and develop relationships with international customers and agents across multiple territories.


• Identify new market opportunities and potential clients within the industrial and manufacturing sector.


• Negotiate pricing, commercial agreements, contractual terms and logistics arrangements.


• Monitor sales performance and prepare regular reports for senior management.


• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client requirements are met effectively.


• Stay updated with market trends and competitor activities to adapt strategies accordingly.


• Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and client meetings.

A successful Sales Manager should have:

• Proven experience in international sales within the industrial or manufacturing sector.


• Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.


• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.


• Strategic thinking and the ability to identify and act on new opportunities.


• Comfortable working in a busy, target-driven environment.


• Willingness to travel internationally as required.


• Export sales, channel-partner, manufacturing, industrial, technical product, freight or logistics experience would be advantageous but is not essential.

• Competitive salary, depending on the level of experience.


• Permanent position based in Hull.
