- Relevant UK NHS nursing experience
- Previous experience working as an RGN / Registered Nurse
- Strong clinical and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team
- A professional, reliable and compassionate approach
- Flexibility to work suitable day, night and/or weekend shifts
