At Edinburgh Napier University, we are committed to shaping global futures. We are seeking an experienced and ambitious International Regional Manager to lead student recruitment across key the European market and contribute to the delivery of our internationalisation strategy.

Although a 12\-month contract, this is an exciting opportunity to play a strategic role and be a part of expanding our global reach, developing partnerships, and representing the University internationally. The Role

As International Regional Manager, you will lead the development and delivery of targeted recruitment strategies across key European markets, driving international student growth and strengthening the University’s global presence.

This maternity cover role offers an excellent opportunity for an experienced international recruitment professional to step into a strategic, management\-level position within a dynamic global environment. You will take ownership of regional performance, shape market strategy, and build high\-impact partnerships with stakeholders across the sector.

The role provides valuable exposure to leadership responsibilities, including team management, budget oversight and market development, enabling you to further develop your strategic and operational capabilities.

We are looking for a highly motivated and commercially aware individual who can demonstrate:

• Significant experience in international student recruitment, ideally within higher education


• Strong knowledge of markets across Europe


• Experience of managing agents, partnerships and recruitment targets


• Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship\-building skills


• Ability to analyse data and translate insights into effective recruitment strategies


• Experience of managing budgets and delivering against performance targets


• A flexible and proactive approach, with a willingness to travel internationally
