International Payroll Administrator
We are currently looking to recruit an International Payroll Administrator to join and support our international team. This is a full\-time permanent position, working 40 hours per week, Monday – Friday, initially in office with hybrid working when training is complete.
As International Payroll Administrator, you will support the Business Partner to administer and co\-ordinate the international payrolls from start to finish within a deadline driven environment. You will be jointly responsible for delivering an effective payroll service to a wide range of APS Group employees around the world.
Key responsibilities
Ensuring that processing deadlines are met for all country payrolls, dealing promptly and courteously with queries from employees, internal stakeholders and service providers
Assist the Business Partner in developing control systems to ensure accurate information within the payroll \& HR systems
Assist Manager in ensuring the department complies with in country payments of Tax, social securities, salaries, expenses and other legislative payments
Control payment schedules for finance relating to Employees, in country authorities, service provider invoices, social securities and insurances
Ensure payments are processed in line with payment payroll calendar deadlines
Process supplier and in country provider invoices through APS internal systems and with the Finance team to ensure prompt payment
Reconcile month and year end payroll reports
Support Business Partner with reconciliations of the payroll related balance sheet accounts for all payrolls
Maintain accurate data within the HR/Payroll systems (Cascade) and personal records, ensuring appropriate authorisation is obtained where necessary for changes to records
Support with the holiday system and ensure records are maintained accurately and promptly
Maintain payroll records and reports as required by the business using complex processes and formula in MS Excel and reports from the HR/Payroll systems
Assisting with the integration of new starters into the HR and payroll system ensuring all relevant information is available for processing
Work closely with the HR and Payroll team to ensure compliance with GDPR legislation is maintained
Base Requirements
Self\-motivated, able to work both independently and in a team environment in a well organised manner
Must be familiar with MS Office programs and be particularly proficient in MS Excel to an advanced level
Professional attitude towards our colleagues at all levels
Must be able to maintain a high level of confidentiality
Essential Skills and Specialist Knowledge
Good problem\-solving and analysis skills
Good verbal and written communication skills
Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy are important to be successful in this role
Experience in Payroll is an advantage
