Position Overview
As an International Key Account Manager, you will play a central role in driving the company’s growth across corporate, rent\-a\-car and mobility channels. You will manage and develop multi\-national partnerships while ensuring alignment between headquarters and local markets to deliver a seamless, customer\-focused experience globally.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and develop international partnerships with strategic customers ensuring strong long\-term collaboration and business development.
- Lead and support commercial discussions, RFPs and multi\-country contract negotiations with key partners, in close coordination with internal stakeholders.
- Proactively identify and acquire new business opportunities across markets to drive growth and strengthen market presence.
- Implement and oversee international framework agreements ensuring full activation and consistent execution.
- Collaborate with cross\-functional teams to support complex business initiatives and secure alignment across regions and departments.
- Maintain and continuously improve the customer and opportunity database, ensuring high data accuracy and visibility on contracts and performance metrics.
- Analyze customer trends, tender activities, and market developments to deliver reliable forecasts and actionable strategic insights.
- 8\+ years of professional experience, including 5\+ years in International Key Account Management or Fleet Sales within the automotive or mobility sector.
- Excellent communication, commercial and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently across multiple teams and functions
- Proficiency in MS Office (CRM experience is a plus)
- Fluent English (spoken and written) and other European languages are a plus.
