Job Overview
We are seeking a proactive and results\-driven Internal Sales professional to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing customer relationships, generating sales leads, and supporting the organisation’s growth through effective communication and negotiation. Duties
- Engage with existing and prospective clients via phone, email, and other communication channels to promote our products and services
- Negotiate terms and close sales deals, ensuring customer satisfaction and company targets are met
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with B2B clients to foster repeat business
- Identify new sales opportunities through market research and networking
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries promptly and professionally
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies that maximise revenue growth
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and follow\-up tasks using CRM systems
- Support the organisation’s sales campaigns by preparing presentations and proposals as needed
- Manage time effectively to prioritise tasks in a fast\-paced environment
- Experience in electrical wholesale or distribution is preferred.
- Proven experience in B2B sales or internal sales roles, with a focus on negotiation skills
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal
- Strong IT literacy, including proficiency with CRM systems and MS Office suite
- Demonstrable organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple accounts efficiently
- Effective time management skills to meet deadlines and sales targets
- Valid driving licence is preferred
- Customer service orientation with a professional attitude towards clients and colleagues
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a target\-driven environment
