We are recruiting an Internal Sales Manager to take ownership of our internal sales processes and customer follow\-up activity, using a newly implemented Dynamics 365 CRM system.
This is a structured, process\-driven role focused on ensuring all leads, quotes, and customer interactions are consistently managed, followed up, and recorded.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage leads, accounts, and opportunities within Dynamics CRM
- Ensure all enquiries and quotes are followed up in a timely and consistent manner \[Job Descriptions \| Outlook]
- Maintain accurate and reliable CRM data across all customer records \[Re: Dynami...365 Sales \| Outlook]
- Monitor customer activity to identify gaps or reduced ordering
- Re\-engage inactive and lapsed customers through planned contact
- Follow structured call cycles and internal processes
- Work closely with sales, production, and customer service teams to support order flow
- Experience in internal sales, customer service, or account support (B2B)
- Highly organised with a methodical, process\-led approach
- Comfortable working with systems, data, and structured workflows
- Reliable, consistent, and detail\-focused
- Strong communication skills (primarily phone and email)
