Internal Sales Account Manager — Sheet Metal Fabrication

£32,000 Basic \| OTE £36,000\+

Leicester \| Office Based

We are a family\-owned sheet metal fabrication business based in Leicester and we are looking to add an Internal Sales Account Manager to our ever\-growing team.

As we continue to grow, we need someone internally who can support that growth, manage incoming enquiries and build lasting relationships with our clients from the inside.

The Role:

• Managing and developing relationships with an existing base of clients


• Handling inbound enquiries and converting them into orders


• Proactively reaching out to lapsed and potential new clients


• Working closely with the external sales team and manufacturing team to ensure seamless customer experience


• Processing quotes, orders and following up on opportunities


• Being the first point of contact for clients and making sure they feel valued

The Package:

• £32,000 basic salary


• OTE £36,000\+


• Office based — Leicester


• Monday to Thursday 8:00am \- 4:30pm, early finish on Fridays

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience in internal sales, account management or customer service within manufacturing, engineering or sheet metal


• Confident communicator — comfortable on the phone and building relationships


• Organised, proactive and commercially minded


• Someone looking to grow with a business long term


• Industry experience preferred but transferable sales skills will be considered
