Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and customer\-focused Internal Sales Executive to join our Sales team.
This is a varied and fast\-paced role where you'll help support sales growth, build strong customer relationships, and provide an excellent experience from initial enquiry through to first order. Whether you have experience within the fenestration, PVC, roofing, or a related industry, we'd love to hear from you.

Requirements \& Skills:
*We're looking for someone who can demonstrate many of the following:*
- Experience in sales support, customer service, account management, or a similar role
- Knowledge of the fenestration, PVC, roofing, construction, or related sectors is advantageous but not essential
- Strong communication skills with a professional and friendly approach
- Good organisational and administrative abilities
- Confidence using CRM systems, Microsoft Excel, or similar software
- A proactive attitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues across different teams
- Commitment to delivering excellent customer service
- Regular communication with both prospective and existing customers via phone, email, and other channels
- Making outbound sales and follow\-up calls
- Handling inbound new business enquiries and managing them through to first order
- Conducting due diligence on new enquiries, identifying any conflicts or adverse findings
- Keeping customers informed about Supalite products, schemes, offers, and support services
- Sourcing new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow\-up and outbound cold calling
- Following up on quotes and liaising closely with the Quotes team
- Supporting the Head of Sales \& Marketing with CRM and Excel\-based reports
- Assisting the Quotes Department with amendments and updates
- Providing professional customer support and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
- Answering incoming telephone calls and dealing with enquiries appropriately
- Organising and sending marketing materials such as samples, brochures, and merchandise
- Maintaining tidy and safe work areas in line with health \& safety requirements
- Reporting any health and safety concerns to management
- Being flexible with working hours when overtime is required
- Undertaking other reasonable duties as requested by management
