Are you a confident, target-driven sales professional looking to maximise your earnings in a fast-paced environment? We’re recruiting for an Internal Sales Executive to join a growing team where your ability to build relationships and win business will be rewarded.
This is an excellent opportunity to take ownership of a warm client base, reignite dormant accounts, and drive new revenue through outbound activity and partnerships.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Managing and developing relationships with existing clients, prospects, and partners
- Re-engaging lapsed accounts and turning them into active revenue streams
- Proactively generating new business via calls, referrals, and introductions
- Identifying cross-sell and upsell opportunities to maximise account value
- Building and maintaining a strong pipeline using CRM tools
- Working closely with internal teams to deliver a seamless client experience
- Proven sales experience (internal sales, telesales, or account management)
- A proactive, results-driven mindset
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Comfortable working to targets and KPIs
- Ability to spot opportunities and convert leads into revenue
- £25,000 basic salary
- Uncapped commission – realistic OTE £50,000+
- Monthly bonus structure
- Clear targets with performance-based progression
- Office-based role with occasional client meetings

- Deal value
- Number of deals
- New clients won
- Revenue generated
